Tuition Agreement Terms*

*The July payment will serve as tuition for August and will continue to secure your child’s spot for the school year.
*If you are using the monthly payment plan, the July payment will serve as tuition for August. The next nine payments will be due the first of the month beginning September and ending May.
*For monthly tuition: Tuition is considered late on the 3rd of each month and each tuition account will be charged a $45.00 late fee.
*For approved weekly tuition: Tuition is considered late on Monday at drop off (if tuition not paid) and account will be charged a $25 late fee/each day tuition is late.
*All accounts with checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $50.00 returned check fee.
*All withdrawals must be made in writing addressed to the Director. After enrollment, no refunds of tuition will be given without 30 days written notice prior to the first day of the second semester. No refunds of tuition will be given after the first day of the second semester. Exceptions will be provided for families moving more than 50 miles from (MJLC) or upon pre-approval extenuating circumstances.

Parent Commitment

Upon signing the Enrollment Form for your child, you are committing to her/his education at Magical Journey Learning Center. The following are expectations for all MJLC parents & guardians: Please initial all items below.

I agree to the Terms above and understand that the registration fee/ tuition agreement payment is non-refundable.*

I understand that monthly tuition is due by the first of every month unless approved by Director.*

I understand.

Tuition is considered late on the 3rd of each month and the tuition account will be charged a $45.00 late fee.*

Tuition(weekly) is considered late Monday, at drop off (if tuition not pd), and account will be charged a $25.00 late fee/each day tuition is late*

I understand that a late fee of $5.00 per minute will be assessed for any late pick-up, including the half day program.*

I understand that schedule changes (reduced schedule) require prior approval by the director/30-day notice.*

I understand that 2 schedule changes a school year will be permitted unless approved by Director in writing.*

I understand that, a minimum of thirty days, notice is required when withdrawing a student. Even in the event of an emergency, tuition is still due and 30-day notice is still in effect, unless written approval by Director.*
