P.E. (Physical Education)
Active Bodies, Healthy Habits, and Team Fun
Our P.E. enrichment program gives children the opportunity to move their bodies, develop motor skills, and learn the basics of teamwork through fun and energetic group games. Held regularly throughout the week, P.E. is more than just playtime—it’s a structured time for building coordination, sportsmanship, and confidence.
Children participate in a variety of age-appropriate physical activities, including:
- Obstacle courses that promote balance, agility, and problem-solving
- Classic group games like Duck Duck Goose, Freeze Tag, and relay races
- Introductory sports like Soccer, Baseball, and Volleyball
- Team challenges that encourage cooperation, listening, and leadership
Our goal is to instill a love for movement while teaching children how to take turns, follow directions, and cheer each other on. Whether it’s their first time kicking a ball or completing an obstacle course, every child has the chance to shine and grow stronger—physically and socially!
